    - Usually 1 server for every 15-20 guests

- Gratuities are based on your discretion

- One week prior to the function, we will require a fixed minimum guest count. After that, you can add people at the per head cost, but you must be advised that you will be billed for at least the minimum number agreed upon
- A deposit of one-half of the food cost will be required upon acceptance of the proposal to secure our services, with the remainder of the monies being due at the conclusion of your event
